excellent service and perfect location
metro access national train helpful staff
i found the location easily accessible from metro and national trains. it is located on the atmospheric city hall square. the bathroom was nice. the staff were helpful.

tacky decor moldy bathroom
the location was acceptable , being quite central to many attractions.
the room was disappointing , especially given the price. the decor felt tacky and the bathroom had dampness and mold. cleaning was only done upon request , which they excused as environmental protection , but it reminded me of cost-cutting instead.

good variety friendly staff easy walking
i find the breakfast offered a good variety. the staff was friendly and helpful during check in. my room was clean and felt safe. the location allowed easy walking to many attractions.
my room wasn't cleaned for two days straight. i find this quite embarrassing at checkout.

the location was great, just a short walk from the metro and tivoli!!! i found the staff cute, giving helpful information about transport services. the hotel was very clean.
i noticed the breakfast started at 7:00 am during the holiday season, slightly inconvenient.

The hotel location suited me well. It was near many restaurants and souvenir shops. The air conditioning in the room was effective. I couldn't hear street noise with the windows closed (very useful). The staff were helpful and friendly.
The breakfast room felt a bit small. It seemed crowded to move around.

decent breakfast useful desk average bed heavy bass
The hotel's location is excellent. the metro stop is close. i found the breakfast decent. i also found a desk useful. It was good for my laptop and for getting some work done.
the shower pressure was not great. the bed comfort was just average. i also noticed some noise from neighboring buildings. it was heavy bass until after 3am each night.

The location worked good. It was near many attractions and sights. The breakfast was also very good. I find the staff friendly and helpful.
I asked for a change of room. My request was turned down because the whole hotel had the same problem according to the technician. I was disappoint because the hotel has great review.
